    COTTON, L.J.:— We are of opinion that, whatever may be the results of our refusal, we cannot grant this application. The first question we have to consider is whether this case is within sect. 4 or sect. 6 of the Debtors Act, 1869. If the case is within either of those sections there may be an arrest, certain cases of default being excepted from the general abolition of imprisonment for debt.
