    COCKBURN, C.J. The magistrates having heard the evidence of the respondent, and also the evidence for the appellant that the test had not been properly applied, came to the conclusion that the provisions of the statute as to the mode of applying the test had been substantially complied with; and I cannot say that the magistrates were wrong. The only appeal, if the party is dissatisfied with the result of the test, is that some one having competent chemical knowledge may be called in to apply the test.
