    KENNEDY J. This case is not altogether free from difficulty, but I am not prepared to say that the judge was wrong in the construction that he put upon the agreement. The defendant by the terms of that agreement was to have “the option of a lease” after the expiry of the first twelve months at a certain rental. The judge held that that entitled him to a lease for a further period of one year and no more. As the defendant does not ask for more it is unnecessary to decide whether that term was sufficient.
